This Product successfully passed the strict quality management and close inspection. We guarantee repair,
replacement or refund for any reasonable customers’ damages in accordance with the Consumer Damage
Compensation Regulations published by the Ministry of Finance and Economy.
In case of any manufacturing defects or any naturally occurring failure during warranty period, contact the
vendor you purchased the product from or the service center of the Company with the warranty for repair
without payment.
However, payment is required for any event below even during the warranty period.

2. Failure by natural disasters
3. If there are no contents on this Warranty or this Warranty is lost
4. Failure caused by using improper electric capacity
For service request
1. Fill out the Warranty form when you purchase the product, check the details and keep the
Warranty.
2. Show the Warranty to a service engineer when the service engineer visits for paid or free repair
service.
3. Notify us with the model, manufacturing No., customer’s address and contact details on the
Warranty and failure when requesting service. It will be very helpful for a service engineer to take
the proper actions.
4. We will do our best to provide service as soon as possible after receiving the service request. You
can also request service using the Customer Service Request System on our
