  There are several reasons why your Socomec UPS might not be providing the expected battery backup time. It could be due to the battery expansion switch being in the “OFF” position; in this case, turn the safety switch to “ON”. Another reason could be that the batteries are not fully charged; ensure you charge them for at least 8 hours consecutively.
