Troubleshooting Troubleshooting

● If your inverter's information panel is not displaying a Fault light, check the

following list to make sure that the present state of the installation allows

proper operation of the unit.

— Is the inverter located in a clean, dry, adequately ventilated place?

— Are the cables adequately sized and short enough?

— Are the input and output connections and wiring in good condition?

— Are the configurations settings correct for your particular installation?

— Are the display panel and the communications cable properly

connected and undamaged?

Contact SolaX Customer Service for further assistance. Please be prepared to

describe details of your system installation and provide model and serial number

of the unit.

BMS Lost

BMS Communication Lost

• Check if the BMS cable is loose or broken.

• Or seek help from us, if can not go back to normal state.

Inter Com Fault

Internal Communication Fault

• Or seek help from us, if can not go back to normal state.

• Turn off the battery and grid , reconnect them.

Fan Fault

• Or seek help from us, if can not go back to normal state.

• Turn off the battery and grid , reconnect them.

AC HC T Fault

AC Current Sensor Fault

• Or seek help from us, if can not go back to normal state.

• Turn off the battery and grid , reconnect them.

Inv EEPROM Fault

Inverter EEPROM Fault

• Or seek help from us, if can not go back to normal state.

• Turn off the battery and grid , reconnect them.

RCD Fault

Residual Current Device Fault

• Check the impedance of AC output.

• Disconnect battery, reconnect it.

• Or seek help from us, if can not go back to normal state.

EPS Relay Fault

• Disconnect grid and battery, reconnect them.

• Or seek help from us, if can not go back to normal state.

Grid Relay Fault
