TROUBLESHOOTING
In the event that there is an issue with your blind,
please check the following:
The blind does not respond:
• The motor battery is low and requires charging
• The control is not paired to the motor - reprogram the
motor with your control (refer to the motor reset guide
here: MOTOR RESET 1
The blind stops short or operates beyond the correct
stop position
• The motor battery is low and requires charging
• The stop position(s) require adjusting - refer to the
following guide to adjust the stopping positions:
• Adjust The Upper Stop Position 2 • Adjust The
Lower Stop Position 3
The LED on the motor head blinks RED slowly before
and after operation
• The motor battery is low and requires charging
