•Complywiththefollowinginformationforlongerservicelifeofyourtracksystem:
•Beforeyouoperatethetracksystem,makesurethetracksarecorrectlyadjustedandaligned(seeSECTION6).
•Thereisaslightlossofspeedwhenusingatracksystem.Thisisduetoasmallersprocketdiametercompared
tothewheels,toadditionalweightofthesystem,andtotheincreasedtractionofthetracksystem.Therefore,the
drivingcharacteristicsofyourvehiclewillchangewiththeinstallationofthetracksystem.Takethetimetofamiliarize
yourselfwithoperatingthesystembeforeyouuseitintheelds.
•Thesystemisdesignedtorunonagriculturallandsurfaces.Donotdriveonhardsurfaces(pavedroads)athigh
speedforextendedperiods.
•Tracktreadwearsfasterwithintensiveroading.Treadwearratescanbeminimizedbystayingoffpavement,reducing
transportweightandspeed,andadjustingballastforeventransportweightdistributionfronttoback.
•ATRACKEDMACHINEBALLASTEDFORPROPERFIELDOPERATIONISUSUALLYNOTBALLASTED
CORRECTLYFORROADING.
•Thegreatestrateoftreadwearoccursonahotdaywithapoorly-balanced,heavymachine.Alwaystravelduring
coolerpartsofthedayandatreducedtravelspeedandweight,asthiswilllowertemperaturesofthetreads,guide
lugs,androllingcomponents.
•Usingafrontloaderappliesadditionalloadonthefrontaxleandcouldleadtocomponentsfailures.Neverexceed
themaximumloadspeciedinfollowingtableswhenusingthefrontloader.

•Rotatetrackfromsidetosideafter1,000hoursofnormaluseor500hoursofintensiveuse(heavyloadandroad
