1.Fortheproducttobeeligibleforthewarranty,theproductcommissioningdatemusthavebeenpreviouslyregistered
bytheresellerwithSoucyInternationalInc.;
2.OnlyclaimsmadebyanagentauthorizedbySoucyInternationalInc.duringthecoverageperiodwillbeconsidered
forwarrantypurposes;
3.TheClaimFormofSoucyTrackmustbedulycompletedandhandedinwithaproofofpurchasefortheSoucyTrack
System;
4.Claimsmustbemadewithinareasonabletimeafterrepairsandnolaterthanthirty(30)daysafterthewarranty
expired,otherwiseclaimswillbeautomaticallyrejected;
5.DefectivepartsmustbekeptbytheauthorizedagentofSoucyTrackforasix(6)monthperiodaftertheclaim
submission;
NOTICE
SHARPANDPRECISEPICTURESCLEARLYSHOWINGTHESITUATIONANDTHE
PROBLEMATHANDCANBEREQUIRED.
MOREOVER,SOUCYINTERNATIONALINC.RETAINSTHERIGHTTODEMANDTHATANY
DEFECTIVEPARTBERETURNED.
6.AnyrepairdonebyanauthorizedagentofSoucyTrackwillbesubjecttoareimbursementoflabourcostsunderthe
followingconditions:
a.LabourtimeallowedforrepairswillbebasedonatimeformulaestablishedbySoucyInternationalinc.;
b.LabourtimewillbereimbursedatthecurrenthourlyrateoftheauthorizedagentofSoucyTrackandsubjectto
theapprovalofSoucyInternational;
c.Costofpart(s)willbereimbursedatthedistributorordealerpriceplus15%inordertocovershippingand
handlingcharges;
d.Noadditionalshippingcosts,otherthanthosementionedinITEM6(c),willbereimbursedforshippingofpart(s).
