•Usingrubbertracksonroadsrequiresaminimumofprecaution.Followingareinformationabouttrackbehaviorunder
certainconditionsandwhatyoucandotomaximizethelongevityofyoursystem:
•Likeatire,theworstenemyofarubbertrackisheat.
•Thecombinationofhighspeedsandheavyloads,aswellasunevenroadconditions,mayleadtotrackoverheating
andprematuredamagetorubbertracks,wheelsandothercomponents.
•Toavoidthiskindofinconvenience,SoucyTrackrecommendsadjustingyourspeedonlongdistancetrips,hot
pavementorunevenroadsurfaces.
•Tondoutifarubbertrackisoverheating,theruleofthumbistohandfeeltheinternalwheelpathofthetrackas
wellastherubbersurfaceofthewheels.Ifyourhandcanstandtheheat,thetrackisnotoverheating.Pleaseensure
verifyingtheinsidewheelsandcorrespondingwheelpath(wheelpointtowardthevehicle)astheymaybeaffected
byconcaveroad.
•Ifoverheatingoccurs,simplytryslowingdownor,ifpossible,unloadthevehicle.
