11.2ELIGIBILITY
1.Tobeeligibleforthewarrantyprogram:
a.Thecustomermustcompletethe"rubbertrackfailureordefectAnalysisReport"andsubmitittoCustomer
Servicedepartmentforanalysisandapproval.Thisshouldbeaccompaniedbypicturesshowingclearlythe
natureoffailureordefect.
b.Thewarrantyonlycoversthetracksthathavebecomeunusableduetodefectsinmaterialormanufacturingas
recognizedbySoucyintheevaluationofthefailureordefectanalysisreport.
c.Aminimumthicknessof45%oftheinitialthicknessmustremainonthethreadheight.Seebelowforthread
measurementmethod.
d.Withoutproofofpurchase,theofcialdateusedforthewarrantycoveragewillbetheproductiondate.
2.SoucyInternationalInc.reservestherighttorejectanyclaimconsideredincomplete.
11.3OWNERCOMMITMENT
1.Installationfees.
2.Undercarriagecomponentswellmaintainedandregularlyadjusted.
3.Notifycaseofdefectwithinthewarrantyperiodandprovideproofofpurchaseanddocumentsrequiredfortheclaim.
11.4WARRANTYPERIODFOLLOWINGTHEREPLACEMENT
1.Rubbertrackreplacedduringthewarrantyperiodaffectedbyadefectofmanufacturewillextendasfollows:
•whenthecustomerpayslessthan50%ofthecostofthetrack,thewarrantyperiodislimitedtotheremainderof
theoriginalwarrantyperiod.
•whenthecustomerpays50%ormoreofthecostofthetrack,thefullwarrantywillapply.
