Instructions for turning on and off the hydrostatic winch
Rotate the machine so that the
winch is facing up the hill toward
the expected anchoring point.
Turn the wheels so that they are
orientated across the slope (along
the slope contours)
Turn off the blades
Reduce the engine RPM to
minimum (idling speed)
On the remote controller of the
machine turn on the hydrostatic
winch by the ON-OFF switch.
By pu s hing th e d r iving jo ystick
s ligh tly b ackward th e r op e will
begin to unwind. Fasten the rope
properly to the anchoring point.
Increase the engine RPM to
maximum
Tighten the winch rope by
pu s hing th e d r iving jo ystick
slightly in the forward direction.
Turn on the blades
Leave the anchoring position of
the mower by pushing the driving
jo ystick fo r wa r d a nd b y d r iving up
the slope.
Method of cutting up and down a
slope: driving up the slope – push
t h e jo ystick fo r wa r d, d r i v ing down
t h e s lop e – pu s h th e jo ystick
b ac k ward
Method of cutting across the
slope: Drive according to the
pictu re . Th e jo ystic k s hould
always be pushed in the forward
direction.
Place the mower at the bottom of
the slope
Turn the wheels across the slope,
perpendicular to the anchoring
point
Turn off the blades
Reduce the engine RPM to
minimum (idling speed)
Loosen the winch rope by
pu s hing th e d r iv e jo ystick s ligh tly
b ack wa r d.
Untie the rope from the anchoring
poin t . Wind th e r op e b ack on t o
the winch drum by pushing the
d r iv e jo ystick s ligh tly f o r wa r d.
On the remote controller of the
machine turn off the hydrostatic
winch by the ON-OFF switch.
Check th e o vera ll c ondition o f t h e
winch. The rope and the snap
hook m u st no t b e d ama g e d.
