Symptom Possible Cause Action
Unit is reading no
flow or very little flow
Check that the pressure sensor is
operating correctly.
Check impulse lines, manifold
isolation and equalization valves.
Ensure correct bits values have been
entered for the 0 and 25 cal points. See
section 7.4 for further details.
Ensure Impulse lines aren't blocked
and that the correct isolation valves
are open and the equalization valve is
closed. See section 6.
No communication
with the unit
Confirm the modbus interface has
been wired up correctly.

Unit is providing
incorrect data over
the Modbus interface
Check correct baud rate is used. See Section 7.5.3 for wiring details.
Pulse output is
incorrect
Pulse output incorrectly set
Check programming of pulse output.

Check maximum pulse width of counter
electronics.
Pulse output overloaded Check load rating.
