Watch out for cables
Do not let the machine touch the cables above. High-voltage
cables may also cause electric shocks due to proximity.
The boom or wire rope of the sling may come into contact with
the cable in the workplace. Before starting work, please consult the
power company and follow the prescribed measures (such as the
placement of guards or the use of winding pipes and warning labels on
the cables). Regulations.
Wear rubber-soled shoes and rubber gloves, and be careful not
to let the body parts that are not protected by rubber or other
insulating materials come in contact with the wire rope or the rack.
Place a guide and let him/her supervise so that the boom, wire
rope or rack is not too close to the cable. Before that, first identify
emergency signs and other necessities.
Ask the power company for the cable voltage at the work site.
Make sure that the offset distance (safety distance) between the
boom/rack and the cable is as shown in the table below.
