Measures to be taken in the event of an electric shock accident
In the event of an electric shock, react calmly and apply the following solutions in order.
1. Reporting
Immediately report to the power company or relevant management departments, and accept
relevant instructions such as power outages and emergency treatment.
2. Evacuate relevant personnel near the machine
Evacuate all personnel near the machine, including workers, to prevent secondary disasters.
Persons who are electrocuted by holding slings, guide wires or other conductors while the machine is
live should evacuate themselves.
Do not try to help a person who has been shocked. Otherwise, a secondary electric shock accident
will occur.
3. Emergency Procedures
If a person is electrocuted by a live machine, do the following:
(1) If the machine is running, immediately move the machine to a safe location away from live power.
Be careful not to break or damage the power distribution cables.
(2) Move the machine to a safe location, and send the affected person to the hospital after
confirming that the machine is not powered on.
4. What to do after an accident
After an accident, do not reuse it as is. Such attempts can lead to unforeseen accidents and increased
failure rates.
Please contact us or our sales service organization for repair.
Provide fire extinguishers and first aid kits
Please make sure to follow the following precautions to prepare
for injury and fire.
Prepare for a fire, determine the location and install the fire
extinguisher, and ensure to read the label of the terms of use. The fire
extinguisher should not be less than 6 kilograms.
Determine the location for storing the first aid kit. In addition,
regularly check the first aid kit and supplement the contents as
needed.
Decide on measures to be taken in response to injuries or fire
accidents.
Decide how to contact an emergency address (such as an
emergency doctor, ambulance, or fire department) and display the
contact address in a designated location so that anyone can contact it.
