5. Machine safety protection

interlock
When one operation mode is working, the other
operation mode does not output action to ensure the safe
operation of the machine
Working mode interlock
protection
The three working modes of outrigger/walking/lifting
are independent of each other. When the machine is
working in one mode, the other two modes will not work to
prevent accidents of machine damage or personal injury
caused by misoperation of the machine.
1）On lifting mode, the hook is only allowed to drop
when the torque limiter is alarms or over-winding alarm
appears ; other actions are allowed unless pressing the
“Force Button’.
2）On lifting mode, when overload alarm appears, only
boom rotation, boom retract, hook drop are allowed; other
actions are allowed unless pressing the “Force Button’.
3）On lifting mode, the hook is only allowed to up when
the three-winding alarm and automatic stop function
appears; other actions are allowed unless pressing the
“Force Button’.
It is composed of main boom and fly jib height limit
sensor and over-winding ball (heavy hammer). When the
hook up and touches the over-winding ball, the hook up
action automatically stops, the red light flashes, the buzzer
sounds alarm, and the display shows the height limit alarm.
Three-turns rope protection
When the hook is lowered to the remaining three turns
of the wire rope on the winch, the wire rope down action
will automatically stop and sound an alarm at the same time.
Ground Protection of
outrigger
Any outrigger is not grounded properly, the boom does
not work.
