Precautions for boom operation
1. Check the surrounding safety and sound the horn before turning operation.
Especially when the operating lever is suddenly operated when hoisting a load, it will cause the load to
swing and cause a great impact on the machine, which may cause the crane to break or the machine to
overturn.
2. Lowering the boom will increase the working radius, and the lifted total load will decrease. Please
be extra careful when hoisting to avoid overloading.
3. When operating the crane, do not let the hook touch the ground. Otherwise, the wire rope of the
winch drum will be entangled irregularly and the wire rope will be damaged.
4. When the boom extends, the hook group rises.
If you hear the sound of the alarm buzzer during the operation of the boom boom, immediately return
the operating handle to the "neutral" position and stop the boom boom operation.
5. Operate the boom lever as slowly as possible.
6. After the outrigger supports the ground, the stability of some directions is also low when rotating
360°. Be careful when lifting the load and when turning.
7. Reduce the speed at the beginning and near the end of the operation.
8. Before retracting or releasing the hook, please put the throttle stick in the low speed position.
