9. Crane Collection Operation
1. Slowly pull the boom telescopic handle (No. 3) backwards until
the boom is fully retracted.
2. Retracting the boom will reduce the height of the hook. Push
the hook lifting handle (4) forward to increase the height of the hook
from the ground and prevent the hook from touching the ground or
interfering with the machine.
3. Slowly operate the boom swing handle to make the boom
swing to the center of the machine, touch the swing centering switch,
and the boom swing centering indicator on the display screen lights up
(13) (blue).
4. Slowly pull the boom up and down handle backwards, the
boom up and down, when the boom up and down switch is touched in
the process of raising the boom, the action will automatically stop and
the boom will become horizontal, and the display screen will light up
when the boom is retracted (blue) , boom closing is completed.
5. Push the hook lifting handle forward to raise the hook. When
the hook rises, you need to hold it slightly with your hand to prevent it
from touching the machine console. When the hook rises and hits the
heavy hammer, the buzzer will sound an alarm (the machine enters the
self-locking protection state, pushing the handle forward will not
work), and the hook will automatically stop. At this time, there is a
certain distance between the hook and the boom. Retraction
operation.
6. One hand pushes the hook handle forward, and the other hand
pushes up the retracting/release hook switch, the hook rises, the hook
touches the nylon block of the boom, the action stops, and the
retracting is completed.
Note：After the hook of the equipment is tightened, the steel
wire rope can not be lowered and boom raising is strictly prohibited,
which will cause damage to the winch. In the lifting process, the
winch has not lifted the weight before (wire rope slack state) , is
strictly prohibited to raiseboom, arm extension, rotation.
