Precautions for Crane Closing Operation
1. Prevent the hook block from swinging before being stowed.
2. When retracting the hook, do not loosen the wire rope too much to prevent the hook from touching
the ground. This will cause irregular winding of the wire rope on the winch drum.
3. The "shrinking" operation of the boom will lower the height of the hook. The hook needs to be
raised so that the hook block does not touch the ground or interfere with the machine.
4. After retracting the boom, confirm that the boom retracted light on the outrigger display is on. If
the lamp does not turn on when the boom is retracted, the outriggers cannot be retracted.
5.Don't let people come close to the machine when retracting the outriggers to avoid pinching.
6. When retracting the outriggers, make sure that there is nothing under the rubber track. If there is
an object under the rubber track, the machine may tip over when retracting the outriggers and cause a
serious accident.
7. After removing the outrigger latch, always support the outrigger with one hand.
8. To operate two outriggers at the same time, select two front outrigger handles (outriggers (2) and
(3)) or two rear outrigger handles (outriggers (1) and (4)). Simultaneous operation of the left and right
outriggers will cause the machine to overturn.
9. When lowering the machine, operate the four outrigger handles to gradually lower the four
outriggers. Suddenly retracting the two outriggers on the left or right side can cause instability and may
overturn the machine.
