Measurement Reference
For measurements from corners, the STARRETT LMXP-100 allows the front, rear or extender measurement reference to
be selected as follows:
With the instrument turned on, press the button until selecting the desired reference.

Memory
The STARRETT LMXP-100 memorizes the last 20 measurements made. To access them, proceed as follows:
1- Press the button and hold it down for 2 seconds, the symbol appears at the top of the display;
2- To view the desired memory, press the or buttons;
3- To leave this function, press the button.
Unit of Measure (Metric, Feet and Inches)
The STARRETT LMXP-100 has automatic conversions for various units (metric, feet and inches). To change this setting
follow the directions below; press the button and hold it down for 2 seconds, for access, switch between units of
measurement;

Simple Distance Measurement
For simple distance measurements, follow the steps below:
1- If the laser is not turned on, press the button to turn it on;
2- Aim it at the place of measurement, holding it still, and press the button again;
3- The result is shown on the display
