Firstly, please double check that you have entered the serial number correctly.
If you have conrmed this and you are sll experiencing problems then please get in touch with
one of our team via the online Contact Form and we will recfy the problem for you or alternavely
provide you with a temporary serial number as an alternave. Please do note however that you will
need to provide us with a proof of purchase for the printer relang to the serial number that you
are experiencing dicules with.
The printer will connue prinng unl it has nished the last command it has received, which may
include several movements of the printhead. Once it has completed this set of commands the
printhead will stop and the head and bed will revert to the Home Posion (printhead in the rear
right-hand corner of the printer and the bed to its lowest posion). Please do not reach inside the
printer unl the head and bed have nished moving. Even then please be aware that the nozzle on
the printhead will sll be very hot.
Queson 12. I am trying to download the ST3Di Edit Soware/The Helpful
Printer Driver® but it is not recognising my serial number
Queson 15. If I pause my print why does it carry on prinng for a few
seconds aer I have opened the door?
Please note that the Helpful Printer Driver® is currently only available for Windows 7 operang
systems. If you are trying to download this soware onto any other operang system for Windows
then you will see this error message.
Please also note that the Helpful Printer Driver® is not currently supported on Mac operang
systems either.
