Requirements
Connection to mains:
• Power input – 100-240 V ac, 50/60 Hz, 0.5-.025 Amps
• Fuses – GMD 2 Amps

4.1 Check overall lighting system for appearance,
visual damage, missing parts.
4.2 Verify light does not flicker.
5.0 Final Test/Admin 2x per year
5.1 Check for proper installation.
5.2 Check for drift and ease of movement.
5.3 Verify intensity change operates properly.
5.4 Verify unit has proper labeling.
5.5 Clean area and equipment as needed.
