12 During Operation
WARNING
To reduce the risk of fluid injection and/or severe injury,
keep hands, feet and other parts of your body away from the
water jet at all times and never direct the high-pressure jet
toward yourself or other persons, not even to clean clothing
or shoes, @ 5.9.4. Do not direct the high-pressure jet
toward animals.
The 3-in-1 nozzle can be set according to the application:
– The fan-jet nozzle is suitable for cleaning light or
moderate cleaning.
– The rotary nozzle is suitable for cleaning stubborn dirt
on hard surfaces.
– The detergent nozzle is suitable for cleaning with
detergent.
► If you want to remove stubborn dirt, reduce the distance
between the nozzle and the surface.
► If you want to remove dirt from painted, wooden or other
potentially sensitive surfaces, increase the distance
between the nozzle and the surface.
To adjust the 3-in-1 nozzle:
WARNING
To reduce the risk of injury from high-pressure spray, always
switch off the pressure washer, relieve any remaining
pressure in the system and lock the spray gun trigger before
attempting to insert, adjust or remove the spray nozzle.
► Switch off the pressure washer.
► Relieve system pressure.
► Lock the spray gun trigger.
► Rotate the 3-in-1 nozzle clockwise or counterclockwise to
adjust the setting suitable for the application.
To clean:
► Before starting work, direct the water jet at an
inconspicuous area of the surface and check that the
surface is not damaged.
► Work at a distance that allows you to effectively clean the
surface without damaging it.
► Adjust the 3-in-1 nozzle and distance from the surface to
be cleaned to ensure the surface will not be damaged by
the spray.
► Move the spray attachment evenly along the surface to be
cleaned.
► Move forward slowly in a controlled manner.
