– Press any button to wake up the robotic
mower – status screen appears
(Ö 11.2)
Fault:
Docking not working
Possible cause:
– Uneven entry area to docking station
– Uneven areas around or underneath
docking station floor plate
– Docking station floor plate bent
– Dirty drive wheels or dirty floor plate
– Perimeter wire incorrectly routed in
area of docking station
– Ends of perimeter wire not cut
Remedy:
– Level out entry area to docking station
(Ö 9.1)
– Level out uneven areas around or
underneath docking station floor plate
(Ö 9.1)
– Ensure that floor plate is level and flat
(Ö 9.1)
– Clean drive wheels and docking station
floor plate (Ö 16.2)
– Re-route perimeter wire – ensure
correct routing in area of docking
station (Ö 9.9)
– Cut perimeter wire as described and
route it without excess length – do not
roll up protruding ends (Ö 9.10)
Fault:
The robotic mower travels past the
docking station or docks at an angle
Possible cause:
– Wire signal affected by environmental
influences
– Perimeter wire incorrectly routed in
area of docking station
Remedy:
– Link robotic mower and docking station
again – ensure that robotic mower is in
correct alignment to docking station
(Ö 11.16)
– Re-route perimeter wire – ensure
correct routing in area of docking
station (Ö 9.9)
Check for correct connection of
perimeter wire ends in docking station
(Ö 9.10)
Fault:
The robotic mower has crossed the
perimeter wire
Possible cause:
– Perimeter wire incorrectly routed,
clearances are not correct
– Slope inclination of mowing area too
steep
– Interference affecting robotic mower
Remedy:
– Check routing of perimeter wire
(Ö 11.13), check clearances using
iMOW® Ruler (Ö 12.5)
– Check routing of perimeter wire; block
off areas with excessively steep slope
inclinations (Ö 11.13)

Fault:
The robotic mower frequently becomes
stuck
Possible cause:
– Cutting height too low
– Drive wheels dirty
– Depressions or obstacles in mowing
area
Remedy:
– Increase cutting height (Ö 9.5)
– Clean drive wheels (Ö 16.2)
– Fill up holes in mowing area, install no-
go areas around obstacles such as
exposed roots, remove obstacles
(Ö 12.)
Fault:
The impact sensor is not activated when
the robotic mower hits an obstacle
Possible cause:
– Low obstacle (height less than 8 cm)
– The obstacle is not firmly attached to
the ground – e.g. fallen fruit or tennis
ball
Remedy:
– Remove obstacle or block it off with a
no-go area (Ö 12.9)
– Remove obstacle
Fault:
Driving tracks at edge of mowing area
Possible cause:
– Excessively frequent edge mowing
– Excessive mowing duration
– Starting points in use
– Battery is charged very frequently
towards the end of its service life
– Offset drive home (passage) not
switched on
Remedy:
– Switch off edge mowing or reduce it to
once per week (Ö 11.13)
– Reduce the mowing duration
– Start all mowing operations at the
docking station in suitable mowing
areas (Ö 11.14)
