22 Troubleshooting Guide
1170 – No signal
Check perimeter wire
signal
– No reception of wire signal during operation.
– The robotic mower is located outside the
mowing area.
– Docking station or electronic components
were replaced.
► Check the power supply to the docking
station.
► Check the LED on the docking station. The
LED must glow red during operation.
► Return the robotic mower to the mowing area.
► Link the robotic mower and docking station.
1180 – Dock iMow
Automatic docking not
possible
– The docking station was not found.
– A corridor is not installed correctly.
► Check the LED on the docking station and
switch on the docking station if necessary.
► Correctly install the corridors.
1190 – Docking error
Docking station occupied
Docking station occupied by a second robotic
mower.
► Dock the robotic mower once the docking
station is unoccupied again.
1200 – Mowing motor
fault
See message 0505. ► See message 0505.
1210 – Drive motor fault
Wheel stuck
Overload at a drive wheel. ► Clean the robotic mower.
► Level out any uneven areas (holes,
depressions) in the mowing area.
1220 – Rain detected
Mowing interrupted
Mowing operation has been halted or delayed
due to rain.
► No action necessary; adjust rain sensor if
required.
1230 – Docking error
Dock iMow
Docking station has been located, automatic
docking not possible.
► Check docking, if necessary manually dock
robotic mower.
► Check perimeter wire – ensure correct routing
in the area of the docking station.
2000 – Signal problem
Dock iMow
Wire signal error. ► Place the robotic mower in the docking station
and press the OK button.
2010 – Replace mowing
blade
Allowed operating time
reached
Mowing blade has been in use for more than
200 hours, replacement is necessary.
► Replace the mowing blade.
► Confirm the blade replacement in the
"Service" menu.
2020 – Recommendation
Annual service by spec.
dealer required
Service recommended. ► Have the annual service carried out by an
authorized STIHL iMow servicing dealer.
2030 – Battery
Allowed operating time
reached
Battery replacement necessary. ► Have the battery replaced by an authorized
STIHL iMow servicing dealer.
