Attaching the mowing deck at the front
(RT 5097, RT 5097 C, RT 5097 Z):
Pull the front mowing deck mounting (1)
downwards and hold. Raise the mowing
deck slightly with one hand and insert the
mounting pin on the mowing deck into the
bore on the front mowing deck
mounting (1). Insert the cotter pin (2)
through the bore in the mounting pin.
● Repeat this procedure on the other
side.
Attaching the mowing deck at the front
(RT 5112 Z, RT 6112 C, RT 6112 ZL,
RT 6127 ZL):
Swivel the front mowing deck mounting (1)
downwards and attach to the mowing
deck (2) as shown. Push the mowing
deck (2) slightly to the rear, attaching the
front mowing deck mounting (1) to the
mowing deck.
Fitting the V-belt onto the tension roller
RT 5112 Z, RT 6112 C, RT 6112 ZL,
RT 6127 ZL:
Press the cover (1) downwards and hold it.
Push the locking pin (2) approx. 0,5 cm
upwards. Fit the V-belt (3) onto the tension
roller (4).
Push the locking pin (1) down again as far
as it will go. The locking pin (1) must
engage in the cover (2).
RT 5097, RT 5097 C, RT 5097 Z,
RT 5112 Z, RT 6112 C, RT 6112 ZL,
RT 6127 ZL:
Press the retaining plate (1) forwards and
hold in place. Pull the V-belt (2) forwards
and lift with the V-belt cover.
Fit the V-belt (2) correctly onto the V-belt
pulley (without twisting).
Attaching the mowing deck at the rear:
● Raise the mowing deck with one hand
and hold. The bores in the mounting
must be aligned with the retaining pins
on the mowing deck.
Check that the locking pin is seated
securely.
Before attaching, check that the
mowing deck is correctly attached
at the front mowing deck mounting.
