The fuel cock (1) is opened and closed by 
turning the control valve (2).
15.8 Checking the engine oil filling 
level
● Park the machine on a flat, level 
surface.
● Stop the engine. (Ö 13.3)
● Engage the parking brake. (Ö 8.14)
● Allow the engine to cool down.
● Open the engine hood. (Ö 15.3)
● Check the filling level as per the engine 
instruction manual – top up the engine 
oil if necessary. (Ö 15.10)
15.9 Changing the engine oil
Information regarding the specified engine 
oil and oil capacity can be found in the 
engine instruction manual.
Perform an oil change when the engine is 
warm to the touch. Place a suitable oil 
collection container (note engine oil 
capacity) under the oil drain tube.
Dispose of used oil in conformance with 
statutory requirements. 
Oil change interval:
The recommended oil change intervals 
can be found in the engine instruction 
manual.
Draining the engine oil:
● Stop the engine. (Ö 13.3)
● Engage the parking brake. (Ö 8.14)
● Remove the ignition key and keep it in a 
safe place.
● Allow the engine to cool down (warm to 
the touch).
● Open the engine hood. (Ö 15.3)
● Unscrew the oil cap (see engine 
instruction manual).
The oil drain tube (1) is located on the 
right-hand side of the engine, near the two 
pedals.
● Place a suitable oil collecting container 
underneath.
Using two spanners (A/F 19/A/F 15), 
unscrew the oil drain plug (1) and remove. 
Dispose of the seal ring (2).
● Drain all the engine oil.
Then fit the new seal ring (2) onto the oil 
drain plug (1). Screw the oil drain plug 
into the oil drain tube and tighten to 
12 - 14 Nm.
Risk of injury!
Allow the engine to cool down 
before topping up the engine oil or 
before changing the oil.
Danger of burns due to hot engine 
oil.
