Torque List
Please tighten the bolts of the Hand-Bike frame with the following torques:

The position of S1
can be on top or in front
The torques for the internal gear hubs can be found in the manuals of the manufacturers in the
appendix.
Model City 7 comes with a Shimano hub; model Ultra 21 is equipped with Sachs 3x8
Other bolts:
1. bolts at the crank 20 N/m
2. ergo-handles 20 N/m - 25 N/m
3. steer tube M13 15 N/m - 24 N/m
4. jam nut of the head set 2 - 7 N/m
5. bolts at the automatic adjuster 5 - 10 N/m
6. bolt M8 clamp/side tube 2 - 5 N/m
7. bolt caliper brake 1 - 3 N/m
8. bolt cantilever brake 5 -7 N/m
