Usage Features:

The RT-120 is designed for ease of use with several operational features:

  • Preparation: Before use, ensure the sewage tank is empty, the brush head and suction scraper are in the lifting position, the key switch is "OFF," and the battery connector is connected.
  • Starting: Turn the key switch to "ON," set the speed regulating knob to the lowest, open the clean water tank valves, then press the start button (3) and dust suction button (4). Hold the driving buttons (1) to move forward.
  • Speed Control: The speed regulating knob (10) adjusts the machine's speed. ECO mode (11) can be used to save electricity.
  • Reverse Movement: Lift the suction scraper and press the reverse button (6) for backward operation.
  • Emergency Stop: An emergency button switch (13) is available to cut off power in case of problems.
  • Suction Scraper Adjustment: The suction scraper's angle and height can be adjusted using star handles (A and B) to ensure uniform drying and compensate for rubber wear.
  • Brush Tray Management: The brush tray can be automatically removed or installed by pressing the brush unloading button (8) or brush button (12) on the control panel.
  • Water Injection: The clean water tank (A) has a maximum capacity of 120 liters, with a maximum water temperature of 50°C. Detergent should be added according to manufacturer instructions, using low-foam varieties to prevent excessive foam.
  • Water Flow Setting: Water flow can be adjusted using the water quantity plus (5) and water quantity minus (7) buttons.
  • Battery Type: The machine requires maintenance-free, sealed batteries with gel technology. The battery type (lead-acid or lithium) is displayed on the boot interface and can be modified.
  • Charger Use: Connect the charger output to the machine's charging socket (14) first, then connect the charger input plug to the power supply. Use only the charger designed for this machine.

Maintenance Features:

Regular maintenance is crucial for optimal performance and longevity:

  • Daily Maintenance:
    • Clean the sewage tank and check for impurities in the float device.
    • Inspect the sewage suction pipe and suction scraper for foreign objects.
    • Check the brush tray for impurities.
  • Weekly Maintenance:
    • Check the inside of the sewage tank for impurities.
    • Inspect and clean the filter screen in the water pipes of the clean water tank.
  • Special Maintenance:
    • Suction Scraper Replacement: If the suction scraper is worn, it must be replaced. This involves removing the sewage suction pipe (A), loosening star handles (B), and moving the scraper (C) outward. The front and rear rubber scrapers can also be replaced by removing specific nuts, pads, and pressing strips.
    • Brush Tray Replacement: If bristles are shorter than 15mm, the brush tray needs replacement. This is done by pressing the brush unloading button (8) or brush button (12).
  • Battery Maintenance:
    • Refer to the battery supplier's instructions for charging and storage. New batteries should be fully charged before first use and can be deeply charged and discharged five times.
    • Use a professional charger suitable for the battery model and capacity.
    • Discarded batteries must be handled by specialized personnel using appropriate load tools due to their hazardous nature.
    • Spray protective lubricant on battery terminals and use cord terminal protective sleeves.
  • Filter Cleaning: Regularly clean the dirt in the filter (E) under the clean water tank, ideally once a week.
  • General Precautions:
    • Always turn off the machine and disconnect the power cable during maintenance.
    • Do not spray water or use high-pressure water guns directly on the machine.
    • Avoid using corrosive liquids for cleaning.
    • Ensure the machine is maintained by professionals annually.
    • Dispose of waste (oil, batteries, electronic components) according to local laws and regulations.
    • Wear protective gloves when handling sharp edges, metal objects, or acidic/alkaline detergents.
    • Ensure proper ventilation when charging batteries to prevent gas release.
    • Keep away from open flames during charging.

Fault Handling:

The machine provides fault codes (E[01] to E[AA]) with corresponding LED flashing patterns to indicate specific issues, such as pre-charge faults, over/undervoltage, NTC faults, motor control temperature issues, MOS voltage faults, open/short circuits, and overload faults. The LED indicator status also helps identify issues like low battery, charging status, overvoltage, overheating, and input AC anomaly. Solutions typically involve checking connections, battery charge, filters, or replacing worn parts. If issues persist, factory repair may be necessary.
