Air Shroud
single air shroud, which covers the CPU and memory area of the motherboard.
Installing the Air Shroud
1. Power down the system as described in Section 3.1.
2. Extend the server from the rack (or remove it and place it on a bench), then remove the
cover as described previously.
3. Place the air shroud over the DIMM slots and CPUs as illustrated below. The small tabs
the fans and at the rear of the chassis.
4. Once installed, replace the cover and push the system back into the rack before
restoring power.
