3.2 Accessing the System
The CSE-515M-R804/CSE-515M-R601 chassis features a removable top cover, which allows
easy access to the inside of the chassis.
Removing the Chassis Cover
1. Power down the system as described in Section 3.1.
2. If rack mounted, remove the system from the rack and place on a stable surface.
3. Loosen both thumbscrews on the chassis front.
4. Slide the cover toward the front of the chassis until the cover is no longer latched onto
the notches.

Caution: Except for short periods of time, do not operate the server without the cover
-
heating.
