Wait For 'F1' If Error
Select Enabled to force the system to wait until the <F1> key is pressed if an error
occurs. The options are Disabled and Enabled.
Interrupt 19 Capture
Interrupt 19 is the software interrupt that handles the boot disk function. When this
item is set to Immediate, the ROM BIOS of the host adaptors will "capture" Interrupt
19 at bootup immediately and allow the drives that are attached to the host adap-
tors to function as bootable disks. If this item is set to Postponed, the ROM BIOS
of the host adaptors will not capture Interrupt 19 immediately to allow the drives
attached to the adaptors to function as bootable devices at bootup. The options
are Immediate and Postponed.
Re-try Boot
Select EFI Boot to allow the BIOS to automatically reboot the system from an EFI
boot device after its initial boot failure. Select Legacy Boot to allow the BIOS to
automatically reboot the system from a Legacy boot device after its initial boot
failure. The options are Disabled, Legacy Boot, and EFI Boot.
Power Conguration
CPLD Watch Dog
Select Power On for the BIOS to turn on the CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic
Device) Watch Dog timer at the early stage of POST (Power-on Self-Test) without
turning it o. Select POST for the BIOS to turn on the CPLD Watch Dog timer at
the early stage of POST and will turn it o upon the completion of POST. Select
OS for the BIOS to turn on the CPLD Watch Dog timer when it is ready to boot
the OS. The options are Disabled, Power On, POST, and OS.
Watch Dog Function
If enabled, the Watch Dog Timer will allow the system to reset or generate NMI
based on jumper settings when the system is inactive more than 5 minutes. The
options are Enabled and Disabled.
Power Button Function
This feature controls how the system shuts down when the power button is pressed.
Select 4 Seconds Override for the user to power o the system after pressing and
holding the power button for 4 seconds or longer. Select Instant O to instantly
power o the system as soon as the user presses the power button. The options
are 4 Seconds Override and Instant O.
