4.6 Security
This menu allows you to congure the following security settings for the system.
Administrator Password
This feature indicates if an administrator password has been set. Press <Enter> to create
a new or change an existing administrator password. The length of the password can be
between three to 20 characters long.
User Password (Available when "Administrator Password" has been set)
This feature indicates if a user password has been set. Press <Enter> to create a new or
change an existing user password. The length of the password can be between three to 20
characters long.
Password Check
Use this feature to have the system check for a password during BIOS Setup. Select Always
for the system to check for a password at bootup and upon entering the BIOS Setup utility.
The options are Setup and Always.
Hard Drive Security Frozen
Use this feature to enable or disable freezing of the Lock Security feature for storage drives
to protect key data in drives from being altered. The options are Enabled and Disabled.
