Append DB
Select Yes to add the database from the manufacturer's defaults to the exist-
ing DB. Select No to load the DB from a le. The options are Yes and No.
Forbiden Signature Database (DBX)
Set New DBX
Select Yes to load the DBX from the manufacturer's defaults. Select No to
load the DBX from a le. The options are Yes and No.
Append DBX
Select Yes to add the DBX from the manufacturer's defaults to the existing
DBX. Select No to load the DBX from a le. The options are Yes and No.
Image Execution Policy
This submenu allows the user to congure the following settings for the Image
Execution Policy.
Internal FV
This feature allows the user to set the Image Execution policy for each device
path when a security violation occurs. The default setting is Always Execute.
Option ROM
This feature allows the user to set the Option ROM Execution policy for
each device path when a security violation occurs. The default setting is
Deny Execute.
Removable Media
This feature allows the user to set the Removable Media Execution policy
for each device path when a security violation occurs. The default setting
is Deny Execute.
Fixed Media
This feature allows the user to set the Fixed Media Execution policy for
each device path when a security violation occurs. The default setting is
Deny Execute.
