    • K
      Karen VasquezAug 1, 2025
If your SureShot Dispenser isn't dispensing flavor, here are a few things to check: * Make sure you've selected all the necessary options: Beverage Type, Flavor Selection, Size, and Dispense. * Confirm that the flavor cartridge isn't empty. * Verify that the tube end has been properly cut above the heat seal. * Ensure a flavor cartridge is correctly loaded and primed for the flavor you want. * Check the product delivery tubes to make sure they aren't twisted, kinked, blocked. * Clean the dispense block. * Check that all power cords are connected and the dispenser is plugged into a working power source. If none of these steps work, try unplugging the dispenser, waiting 10 seconds, and plugging it back in to reset it.
