• Install the fuel injector
5 by pushing it straight to the delivery
pipe

NOTE:
Align the coupler
E of injector with boss
F of the delivery pipe.

• Install the fuel delivery pipe/hose
7 to the throttle body
assembly.

• Tighten the fuel delivery pipe mounting screws to the speci-
fied torque.
& Fuel delivery pipe mounting screw:
5 N·m (0.5 kgf-m, 3.5 lb-ft)
• Install the throttle link rod
8 and secondary throttle link rod

NOTE:
The throttle link rod
8 is longer than the secondary throttle link
rod
9.
Replace the cushion seal and O-ring with the new
ones.
Never turn the injector while pushing it.
Never turn the fuel injectors while installing them.
