Delizioso Creamy Pasta
Ingredients:
3 streaks of bacon sliced finely
1 chicken breast
2 jar’s of cabonara pasta sauce
1/2 a red onion
1 red capsicum
10 mushrooms
1 spring onion
4 sundried tomato
1 clove of garlic
100mls of cream
1 teaspoon of salt
3 teaspoons of pepper (preferably peppercorn grinded)
100g parmesan cheese
1 packet of fettuccine pasta
Tuscan seasoning
Instructions:
Step one: Firstly, prepare all ingredients; slice bacon into fine pieces, slice chicken
breast into small chunks, dice red onion, dice red capsicum, chop mushrooms into
chunky slices, finely slice the spring onion into small pieces, and dice the sundried
tomato
Step two: Slowly cook the chicken pieces with half a cup of water and a sprinkle of
Tuscan seasoning for roughly 25minutes
