Remove fuel needle seat, spring, and
injector needle.
Check if the vacuum piston for wear out,
crack or other damage.
Check if the diaphragm for damage or crack.
Cautions
Installation
Install injector needle, spring and fuel needle
seat to vacuum piston.
Cautions
Install vacuum piston to carburetor body.
Install compress spring.
Install vacuum chamber cover and tighten 2
screws.
Do not damage vacuum diaphragm.
 Note direction as installing the piston
set because wrong direction of the
piston cab not be installed.
 Align the indent of vacuum
diaphragm with
the carburetor body.
