RE-ASSEMBLY OF FINAL DRIVING
MECHANISM
Install final driving shaft and final driving gear,
countershaft, and countershaft gear.
Install the setting pins(2 pins) and new gasket.
Apply with grease onto the oil seal lip of final
driving shaft.
Install the gear box cover and 7 bolts.
(tighten the bolts)
Torque: 2.6~3.0 kgf-m
Install the clutch/sliding driving pulley.
Install the driving pulley, belt and left
crankshaft cover.
Install the rear wheel.
Add gear oil.
Recommended usage gear oil :SAE
85W-140
(110 cc: standard capacity)
(100 cc: when replacement)
