CARBURETOR REMOVAL
Remove the luggage box.
Loosen the adjustment nut and fixing nut of
throttle valve cable, and release the cable
from carburetor.
Remove fuel pipe, vacuum hose.
Disconnect auto by-starter connector.
Disconnect gulp valve connectors.
Disconnect TPS controller connector.
Release the clamp strip of air cleaner.
Release the clamp strip of carburetor isolator.
Take the carburetor out.
VACUUM CHAMBER
Removal
Loosen drain screw, and drain out residual
fuel in float chamber.
Remove screws (2 screws) of vacuum
chamber cover and the cover.
Remove compress spring and vacuum
piston.
