Disassemble the gears and washers on the
main shaft and counter shaft.

Arrange the gears and washers in order.
Check the teeth and grooves of the gear for
wear and damage.
Assemble the gears and washers onto the
main shaft and counter shaft by order after the
inspection is finished without anything
incorrect.
Caution
z Apply clean engine oil to the gears before
assembly.
z Make sure the circlip is fully seated in the
shaft grooves after installation.
