12. Rear Wheel / Rear Cushion

Drive chain adjustment
Rotate the left / right drive chain adjusting nut
evenly to make the drive chain slack within
normal range.
Rotate the adjusting nut clockwise to tighten
the drive chain slack. Rotate the adjusting nut
counterclockwise to loosen the drive chain
slack.
Drive chain slack：10~20mm
Tighten the drive flange locknut first and then
the rear wheel axle lock nut.
Torque value：4.0~5.0kgf-m
After locking the rear wheel axle locknut,
tighten the drive chain adjuster nuts slightly to
prevent the adjuster nuts from being loosened.
Check the drive chain slack again to make
sure that the rear wheel can rotate smoothly.
Lubricate the drive chain.
Install the rear brake torque link, tighten the
locknut and insert the split pin.
Install the rear brake rod and adjust the rear
brake pedal free play.
