1. Loose coupler or terminals
2. Starting Relay bad contact

Connect the starting
motor to the battery
1. Insufficient Battery capacity
Not flashing or dimmed
Check the battery circuit by
activating turning signal

1. Engine Seized.
1. Starting Motor shorted or damaged
Jammed
3. Starter motor won’t stop rotating
Turn the main switch off
Motor keeps running
1. Starting relay shorted
1. Starting switch shorted/ stuck
Motor stops
F. Abnormal Engine Noise
Fault condition
1. Excessive valve clearance
2. Worn rocker arm
3. Worn camshaft
Rocker arm noise
Possible causes
1. Worn piston and cylinder
2. Carbon deposit in the combustion chamber
3. Worn piston pin or connecting rod lower end
Piston slapping
1. Worn camshaft bearings.
2. Worn cam sprocket.
3. Loose or worn cam chain.
Cam chain noise
