Every 500 Hours
Replacing the Feed Pump Filter
WARNING
Do not smoke or permit open flames
while handling fuel or working on the
fuel system.
Stop the engine in a well-ventilated
place and allow it to cool down before
performing maintenance.
Clean up spilled fuel immediately.
1. Place a pan under the feed pump (1).
2. Remove the cover (2).
3. Remove the element (3) and gaskets (4).
4. Install the new element and gaskets.
5. Tighten the cover (2).
6. Bleed the air.
