9. Post-delivery Notes
9.1. Long Periods of Dormancy
When the instrument is not used for a long period of time, unplug the power cord from the
outlet.
It is recommended that the instrument is covered when in storage to reduce the impact of dust
and moisture.
9.2. Lost Instruction Manuals
This manual and the Maintenance Manual are part of the instrument. Should you lose either
manual, contact Tanaka Scientific Limited or an authorized distributor for a new copy.
For safety, keep a copy of the address and telephone number of Tanaka Scientific Limited or
an authorized distributor.
9.3. Transfer
When transferring this instrument to a third party, be sure to contact Tanaka Scientific Limited
if the voltage or frequency of the power supply needs to be changed.
Be sure to transfer the instrument with this manual and the Maintenance Manual.
9.4. Disposal
This instrument does not contain any hazardous materials, and can be disposed of as ordinary
industrial waste.
