When to clean the machine?
Surface cleaning
is recommen-
ded every day after making the last ice-
cream.

The cleaning process
consists of 5 phases:
1. Emptying
2. Dismantling
3. Cleaning
4. Assembling
5. Rinse cycle
Push twice to start Hot
Cleaning and wait until

chine goes into STOP.
Push once, Open the hand-
le and empty cylinder.
When no more product
comes out lift the handle
and push STOP
Defrost the product
