• Chill the product to obtain ice-cream.
• Changes the information screen during
ice-cream production.
PASTEURISATION
• Push for 5” to start Pasteurisation.
• Increases the parameter value selected in the
user’s menu.
FULL WARNING
• Lights up when there is no
product in the bowl.
