  If your Taylor Freezer isn't dispensing product when the draw valve is open and the machine is in 'AUTO' mode, the door spout may be clogged; you'll need to disassemble the machine to clear it. Another possibility is that the beater is rotating counterclockwise, so correct the beater rotation to clockwise. Finally, check the mix level in the hopper, as the mix out light might be lit, indicating it needs to be filled.
