1 : Initial conditions: plug the CCU to the power supply using the cable provided. Put the power button in 1 position. Put the
safety key in 0 position (CCU front panel) or DB37 connector: position 0.
Establish a zero potential electrical connection between pins 19 and 37 (minimum: 500 ms) or press the push button (yellow
- CCU front panel).
The indicator light above the "Safety circuit reset" button lights up. The "Info emergency stop" information available on the
DB37 connector changes status.
The startup time is around 50 s.
2 : The "OK" indicator light lights up at the end of the startup phase (CCU front panel).
3 : Put the safety key in 1 position (CCU front panel) + establish a zero potential electrical connection between pins 12 and 30
(DB37 connector). "Key state" information is available between pins 17 and 35.
CAUTION: The interlock must be closed (bridging or door security).
4 : To activate the "Shutter" Input, establish a zero potential electrical connection between pins 8 and 29 (minimum: 500 ms) or
press the "shutter" button (CCU front panel).
The shutter opens if the "Interlock" double input is closed (indicator light on).
The shutter remains closed if the "Interlock" double input is opened.
5 : The shutter command is necessary only during the initialization phase. After that, the shutter follows the status of the
"Interlock" double input.
6 : The "Marking ready" information changes to 1 once transmission of the marking file to the CCU is finished.
"Independent" marking (no file transmission): the "Marking ready" information changes to 1 once the CCU startup is finished.
7 : To activate the "Start marking" Input, establish a zero potential electrical connection between pins 6 and 25 (minimum:
500 ms). The "Marking in progress" output changes to 1. The "Marking ready" output changes to 0.
8 : End of marking cycle: the "Marking in progress" output changes to 0.
9 : In normal operation, to activate the "Stop Marking" function, open the electrical connection between the 5-24 pins.
10 : To activate the emergency stop: open the electrical connection between pins 1-20 and 2-21. Restart the machine using the
start-up instructions (step: 1-3). Turn the key in 0 position to restart (CCU front panel) or open the electrical connection
between pins 12 and 30.
