Fault Possible cause Solution
Receiver cannot be
operated, switched on or off
Defective data stream -->
receiver blocked
Hold down the On/Stand-by
button on the receiver or the
remote control for approx.
5 seconds.
Pull the mains plug out
of the power supply for
approx. 5 seconds and then
switch the deviceback on
Perform a Flash reset:
Warning!
All personal settings will be
lost.

arrow key at the same
time.
> With Standby and
the up arrow key
depressed, reconnect
the plug
> Keep the buttons

release both buttons.
