Using the equipment
Upright row (trapezoid)
Jointed bar in low position.
Select the workload with the relevant pin.
Stand facing the weight pack with your legs slightly apart for greater stability; arms outstretched.
Pull the bar toward your chin by bending your elbows: your shoulders, elbows and hands should
all be aligned.
Control the speed of movement constantly; the return speed should be slower than the outward
speed.
The weight stack should not return completely to rest position during the return stage.
