7) Entering SPEAKER CONFIGURATION from the MAIN
MENU brings up a menu that allows you to select the
speaker configuration in use.
When you have selected DOLBY DIGITAL as your
SURROUND MODE, the menu will include options for
adjusting the DELAY TIME for each speaker channel.
Using the right/left buttons, the delay for the CENTER
speaker can be set from 0 to 5ms and the REAR speakers
can be set from 0 to 15 ms.
In the DOLBY PRO LOGIC mode, the REAR speakers can
be set for 15 to 30 ms of delay. NIGHT MODE, which
compresses the audio signal to allow all sounds to be
heard at a lower volume, can be changed only in the
DOLBY DIGITAL mode:
To get back to the MAIN MENU move the arrow to GO TO
MAIN MENU and press ENTER.
NOTE:
You must have digital audio connections and a
dolby digital or dts source to playback in dolby digital or
dts.
