DOWN, HOLD, SMOOTH, MIN/MAX DISPLAY,
MIN/MAX RESET, REF DISPLAY, or REF SET.

the readout shows "ATTACH TEMP PROBE/'
Measures temperature in Celsius degrees.
Measures temperature in Fahrenheit degrees.
